Hi,

The clipboard is somewhere in the sky. You cannot see it because it's too high. But you don't have to care about this. Simply go into your text file, place the cursor where you want to have the text and PASTE (Ctrl+V). The text is beamed down in a blink.

Don :)

FYI: Here's what I've been using for a few yrs to manage my clipboard
http://download.cnet.com/CLCL/3000-2384_4-10153066.html
I agree that the usage instructions are somewhat vague but I like the ability to have dozens of items available on nested clipboard ready to be pasted in! Before I began using it, some things were quite difficult to do, like accumulating 2-3 chucks of text to be pasted into various places.
Still spending WAY TOO much time here! But it's such a pleasure helping XY be a treasure!
(XP on laptop with touchpad and thus NO mouse!) Using latest beta vers when possible.

And maybe you could be interested in a snippet called "Item Store" which does the same within XY.

You're welcome.

BTW In case you missed it, the beauty of the item store is, you can browse around and add whatever you want to it and then use it later.
The list stays there until you clear it...(within the current session only, unless you set the switch to remember permanent variables between sessions in the config)
