FVS - The <default> FV and MLS

I just found that the <default> FV is language-dependent. Specifically, now the FV called as in the string #226 is loaded as default, and not the one called <default>. Moving from English to another language is therefore likely to mess up a little folder browsing.
Is this a bug or a feature?
