I think I figured it out. Had I read through all the FAQs at the website, it would have help sooner. It seems the more tabs I opened between the two panes, the more/harder MS Security Essentials scan. Hence, causing sluggishness and then freeze. If I have one tab on each panes then it's fine. So it seems the more tabs spawn in XY the more MSSE scans, the "exclude" helps with this. I'll keep an eye out for sluggishness after this exclusion.unix wrote:I've exited XY completely. In XY only the opened tab is browsed. The background tabs do not exist in memory or wherever.
