Lost thumbnails for flv files

This may be a windows OS only fix, but it affects my XYplorer ops. I just upgraded to Real Player 16. After the upgrade, I noticed the app changed my download location. I corrected that issue, but the upgrade seems to have changed something that prevents XYplorer from showing flv file thumbnails. I have mp4 thumbnails and other thumbnails like jpg, but all I see for flv files is the logo for FLV Player, the app that opens and plays the files. Any thoughts on how to get the flv thumbnails back?
