From reading some of the camera and sensor tests there's only one conclusion: chip.de is utter crap.

But from the marketing pov every record means multiplication.

please accept that here in Europe German is the most widely spoken language. Feel free to learn German or, at least, try to accept that your oh-so-beloved English is not "the world language".

After the post of tux I can not stand still and have to act as a calm-down-factor, as good as I can - must be my nature.

Please do not take the words of tux personally, J.C.

This forum is about software which is in English language and the lingua franca of the forum itself is English too. So - in my view - it is to be expected that everything is in English here.

The content of this thread is - again, in my view - utterly unimportant and marginal. It was more about the lack of quality of the German magazine in question (Germans spoke about local German issues, so to speak).

Dear people, we come here from all over the world (my mother's tongue is neither English, nor German; and, BTW, J.C.'s mother tongue is also not English, but Swedish, if I am not wrong, if that is of any importance) and if one politely asks to switch back to English, than maybe the best is to just do that and stick to that in the future.

My idea is: Let us simply try to be nice to each other.

Hope that this does not cause a shit storm now.

I marked the topic as "(deutsch)" as it is about a German magazine. Otherwise the forum language is obviously English. jc's remark was not necessary, tux's remark was less so. I'll lock this topic now to block any fruitless discussion. chip.de is not worth it anyway.
