Tabsets (Workspaces / Environments)

I am extremely appreciative for the 'Tabsets' fuctionality. It's close to being a 'Workspaces / Environment' feature. I wish there was a way to load both tabsets as an environment. Meaning, Load/Save Left & Right Tabsets. Whenever I work on a project, I may want a desired Tabset on the left and a desired Tabset on the right. It'd be nice to have Sets of Tabsets Where I can have named SETS. So when I switch gears, I can easily pull up that environment for that project and the left and right pane are back to the tabs that I need for that project.

Any ideas? Should I start working on a script like "Layout Manager" for TabSets? Layout Manager rocks! It'd be nice to have a script like that to manage Tabset environments.
