Dropbox Copy Public Link Parameters for Toolbar Button

I am wanting to create a button for my toolbar or a user command to execute the command from DropBox for Windows to "Copy Public Link". Does anyone know the parameters for that context menu item? I haven't been able to figure it out.

As long as the windows version doesn't get the cli parameters, that the linux version has (http://techblog.willshouse.com/2011/04/ ... rface-cli/) or you are able to figure out, how to use the DropboxExt.14.dll to do it manually, you're out of luck.
