:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

copy + paste

Post by macz »

with the latest version 10.90 when i cut a file from one drive using context menu and paste it in the directory of another drive there is a glitch. instead of transferring to the selected folder the file will end up in a sub folder that i have not selected. when i try removing it from the sub-folder and placing it in the primary folder a message reads 'unable to copy to the same destination' (or words to that effect).

it is only by closing and restarting xyplorer that the file returns to the correct folder. is anyone else experiencing this problem?

subsequently i returned to an earlier version of xyplorer. for this version i keep getting a 'The instruction at "0x76b431a8" referenced memory at "0x00000028." The memory could not be read.' error everytime i shut the program down.

Hi and a (very belated :)) welcome,

Could you try with both the latest beta and with a clean profile?
