Lost my HTM/HTML preview somehow & can't find where

Hate to admit it but I'm a bit puzzled...at some point recently, I must have done something that i don't recall because now my HTM/HTML files are now showing in Preview as TXT style and not as web pages...

I'm on 10.90.0007 and have both file types checked within Previewed Formats and it's showing the IE icon with them...I've searched my INI file for any ref's to HTM/HTML and don't have any tweaks I can see mentioning these two types.

Did a parallel initial/new install in test folder and that shows preview of these file types just fine...

CSV/XLS files preview in "Excel" just fine so it's just something specific to these...

Any ideas? It's likely something SO obvious that I'm just not seeing it.

Are they unchecked under the Text Files Category within Previewed Formats?
You only want them selected in the Web & Office category.

I don't recall making that change but I must have done it sometime...

Wish there were some better way to know when conflicts like that exist since file types exist within more than one category which can lead to issues like this.
