XY copy - use this for all copy operation

i have selected "Use custom copy for all copy operation" in option, file operation.
i have selected "enable background processing"

XYcopy work fine, but sometimes (ex external drive, copy or move folder) not work this but the standard win shell copy...why this??

It could be to do with Configuration > Extended > Custom drag and drop context menu, being disabled. Also, Custom Copy currently only works for copy and backup operations; move support is planned.
