XYCopy is incomplete (or I'm missing something)

Lets say I queue up several copies. I want to:
a) Start a copy job further down the list while the top one is running (important for small copies that can be done quickly while a big job is ongoing)
b) Reorder the copies in the list
c) Show progress, speed, etc. in the background jobs window

Questions:
1) What does the Copy context menu item do in the background window; it seems to do nothing! :/
2) Why does it keep asking for permission every time it starts a new copy; shouldn't it retain permissions for the entire queue?

If one already can be done, I'm happy to be enlightened

copy/move process abilities will be much improved with xycopy2 that is yet to come in nearest time
