:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Search result to tab doesnt close

Post by surrender »

A strange little bug.

I opened a search result in a 'New tab'. Then opened the same in 'Search results tab'(SR tab). Tried to close the 'SR tab' I get the pop up that its locked and I press ok but still it doesnt close. Apparently something to do with the 'New tab', because:

Closing the New tab makes the SR tab closable.
And also, opening SR tab before New tab doesnt cause this behavior.

:D Yes, I had this too. After closing a tab some other tab is automatically selected and filled. If this tab happens to be a finding tab, and if search results go to a new or SR tab, a new tab is created immediately. This is so fast, that you think the first tab did not close
I'm not sure yet how to handle this; it correctly follows the logic but still is not okay.
