Remove favorite folder for dead computer

I had marked a folder on a machine on the network here a favorite folder. However the machine is dead and I would like to remove the folder from the favorite folder list. If I click on the folder XYPlorer times out trying to reach it. I have tried toggling the favorite folder but the folder still shows up in favorite folder list. Do I have to edit the configuration file manually and reduce the favorites list by this one folder?

Tools > List Management > Favorite Folders enables you to remove a favorite folder.
