Undo/Redo number of minutes user definable

Finally the process of cleaning up the hard drive flotsam and jetsam from 2010 is just about complete. During that period there were several important changes of mind for which Undo was invaluable.

That brought up a sidebar issue that had not really manifest itself before. In Configuration for Prompt before Undo/Redo that 10 minute figure is pretty arbitrary especially in light of the fact the only other choices available are Always and Never.

Suggestion: Make the number of minutes user definable.
