how prevent ini-files from altering

I am new and a beginner. What is to doo to prevent the altering of all ini-files - to the settings of the last window I've closed. My goal: I like to have a few amount of shorcuts on my desktop - for loading different (locked) settings of my prefered ini-files.

Sorry, I'm not sure I understand the question.

Check Help for "Command Line Switches":
/ini=[path/file INI file]
