Sync two locations?

I'm starting to use XY for all my file functions. It's replaced a few separate tools that I utilized throughout my day. I'm trying to get it to replace one more tool. SmartSync. I'm trying to script XY to synchronize two folders. For the most part, it does pretty good using the Backup abilities. I'm looking for a way that it can sync deletions too.

Example:
Left pane points to a location on my HD.
Right pane points to either a flash drive or a location in my DropBox.

I can simply select all in the left pane, right mouse drag them to the right pane and select "Backup Here" and only modified files are copied. If I had deleted some files on my HD, how can I have them deleted on the destination when sync'ing them? Didn't know if I needed to try and script this Sync, or Backup and add deletion abilities to it.. or is there an XY ability that already does this?

I'm sure that XY can perform many of the operations that SmartSync does.

Folder sync appears last on the road map. But I am quite sure its possible to do this using scripting. If i had the time i would give it a try. Maybe you can try this yourself or ask around.
