What are you using to manage your code snippets?

I have so many VBScript, VB.NET & PHP code snippets that I'd love to have organized, categorized, portable. What are you using to manage your code snippets? Any suggestions?

I believe Maple (Crystal Office, external link) is the way to go. Not fully portable but I managed to live with that.
