"Copy Here" Setting to Preserve Timestamps.

Post by SkyFrontier »

-Context menu of XY has too many items already.
-"Backup here" sometimes doesn't do the job when it comes to older files which I'd like to be updated (outdated, perhaps...? ).
-"Copy Here -as, -to new subfolder and -with number" has been of an invaluable help to me which I'm yet to conveniently use for "backup" operations (and I doubt scripting can be of help here, from the usage point of view).
>So I'd really like to have a setting to have timestamps preserved for all "copy" operations.
Thank you!
New User's Ref. Guide and Quick Setup Guide can help a bit! Check XYplorer Resources Index for many useful links!

Only "Backup" can do this. You can configure it in Configuration | File Operations...

When XYcopy 2.0 is there you'll get more options...
