Sound to play when task is added as a pending background job

It would be nice to be able to set a custom sound to play whenever a task is added as a pending background job. This would complement the background jobs completed sound.

Also would be great if these custom sounds can be set via UI in "file operations" section of configuration.

Just curious: I can't think of a way to start a background job unwittingly. Do you mean it more as a reminder of the config state (background processing enabled/disabled)?

also, it would be heflpful to have a message in the status bar when a new job has been added to pending. that would be another helpful indicator/feedback that something happened.
