Autosize Columns
Can Autosize Columns, currently bound to an accelerator key, be made an optional default behavior?

Re: Autosize Columns
I mentioned that the function is bound to a key; I have been using that feature.
I am asking whether it is possible, perhaps whether it is desirable, to have auto sizing a default behavior, invoked automatically, when I visit a new folder.

Do you mean the "Tools->Customize List->Autosize Columns" option? Try turning that on and see if it does what you want...MiltR wrote:I mentioned that the function is bound to a key; I have been using that feature.

Re: Autosize Columns
That appears to be exactly what I was requesting.
I might have discovered it if I had read the manual, but with all of the features of this software I would probably still be reading the manual.
Truly a remarkable product.
Thanks,
Milt
