Selection Filter to distinguish among Files/Folders.

Post by SkyFrontier »

Just because... it should! Dealing with several files/folders, it's not unusual to have same/similar named files and folders. So when I want to move MP3 files into MP3 folder via CTRL+M (selection filter, another XY great feature!), I have to scroll down and deselect MP3 folder out of the bunch then move files into it. That's easy, in a manner of speaking. Problem comes when I have to select unknown content using filters and mistakenly move already sorted files along with folders into another folder and... barely know what happened, apparently "losing" files/folders around...
So the ideal solution should be a checkbox/parameter:

Code: Select all

1) ( )Files? / ^1
2) ( )Folders? / ^2
3) ( )Files and Folders? / ^3 (or just leave it blank)
Thanks much - this could be VERY handy!
