Show the file path in a text box?

Post by Annorax »

Hi,

Is it possible to show the file path in a text box, like regular Explorer? I've looked and didn't see anything.

Thank you. :)

Click Go and then "Go to from here" or simply Ctrl+E.

That does work and does accomplish what I want, thank you.

So I take it that it's not possible to have it always displayed in a text box. Then consider this a feature request. :)

What for anyway? If just to copy it to clipboard: Ctrl+P.

That's a neat trick I didn't know before. Thanks :)

I still would kind of like to have a text box with the path, so I can copy paste a path with one less action (pressing CTRL-G).

Sorry, i dont get you. why do you need to press Ctrl+G if you just want to copy filename and path?? simply focus the file you need and use Ctrl+P and you have your path copied. Unless you need it exactly like explorer where you have to select the path from address bar and copy it.

Sorry I meant to say part of a path. But I see your point, nevermind. Thank you all for the help.
