Can not acess the System Volume Information folder

I'm using XP w/sp3. I use to be able to view my restore points (RP## folders) in the C:\System Volume Information folder using XYplorer v8.80.0300 and earlier. XYplorer v8.90 thru v9.11 shows Access is denied in the right pane when highlighting the C:\System Volume Information folder in the left pane. How can I access this folder?

Yes, I know. This change was caused by the UAC support I have added some versions ago. What you have to do is to change the rights of the folder. See screenshots.
