8.90.0014: crash on startup immediately after update

I'm getting a crash in XYplorer immediately after installing 8.90.0014 over 8.90.0012 (happened when the install program started XYplorer and subsequently).

Re-running 8.90.0014 setup doesn't help.

I ran into the same problem, but under slightly different circumstances.

I didn't run an update, I did a new install (as is customary for me), and configured from scratch. XY got restarted multiple times during this process, with no problems whatsoever until the very end.

During the last session, I defined the default column set for Recycler mode, and I also set some RegEx Visual Filters. It's possible that I configured something else, but that's what I recall. Hopefully, that will help you out, Don.

Hi,

I have also the same problem.
If I deleted the 2 directories (1,2) under Panes, then I could start XYplorer.
This was yesterday, today when I started XYplorer again, the problem was back.
Deleted 1 and 2 XYplorer started oaky again.

Hope this give you more hints about the problem
