Start Menu icons not consistent?

Post by j_c_hallgren »

Was doing some clean-up on my Start Menu and noticed an oddity that I don't have a understanding of why...best described by a pix:

In XY, it doesn't show the special icon that WE shows for the same folders...

SS - WE Start menu ALL.jpg
In addition, in both WE & XY, for my Admin acct, it doesn't show the correct icon either but it does for All Users and my Hallgren acct...what's wrong?Any ideas, please?

Still spending WAY TOO much time here! But it's such a pleasure helping XY be a treasure!
(XP on laptop with touchpad and thus NO mouse!) Using latest beta vers when possible.

Indeed, I'd call this a bug! Thanks + fixed.

That would seem to address the first item where WE worked...but any comments on the second item, where both didn't? Did I misplace some registry entry? Because I don't see any INI type files involved...

Same here (XP). At least under Administrator. They probably forgot it. :|
