Question: how to open a tab onto the inactive pane?

I don't like to active that inactive pane, and then open tab there.

I really dislike repeating myself here, but please do some quick searching before any more new threads..

...I did using "open tab inactive pane" and easily found these two threads:

Only Don who is the forum admin can do so, so I'll leave it up to him to decide...the only advantage of leaving it would be to make locating the answer hopefully a bit easier for the next person as some threads don't have the ideal words in their subject line to provide a good search result or visually.

However, the netiquette I suggested in various posts to you is common to most forums...also, we are actually more forgiving of new user mistakes than many forums...some that I use would have either really flamed you or even kicked you out...so I did try my best to remain as polite as possible.
