Image background option for tabs

Didn't you post this same essential request back on July 25th?

Ok, so Don didn't answer in that thread but two other regulars did and expressed what I see as a similar view to his...

I don't want to be critical as you've had some nice posts as well, but starting up a new thread with the same idea/request or very similar one isn't ideal either here...ok, so that was folders and this is tabs, but the core concept is strikingly familiar, ok?
