Kick feature: Show &accessed date only (no time)

Configuration, "Show &accessed date only (no time)". This is an old Win9x feature meant to reduce redundancy in the file list. In those OS (resp. in those file systems) accessed time is always 00:00:00 (= not set).

It's almost 8 years now since 1998... any objections against throwing it out?

I suspect that there are still many FAT32 users running XP (I do on one system). A column of 00:00:00 is a bit of a waste of space so unless there is a good reason to remove the option, I would be inclined to leave it.
