XY icon manager

Hello everyone,

i just saw the post of Muroph on the script icons here,

and thought to myself, a built-in icon manager within xyplorer would be nice, the icon manager would manage the filetypes, catalog and toolbar icons. this would also compliment the customized file association feature. with an icon for each filetype, you wont see the black file icon again, and you would know exactly what file your looking at, even when you're not on your own computer.

2. it should be a "blank" file, the default one, dont know what its called exactly.
3. xy is getting really robust! great work!

I personaly use Color Filter to make my custom File Associations more visible,
but if we could link an icon with File Associations, that would be wonderful!

It's not crucial though, so you can take your time. 9 hours per day should be sufficient
