Color tag on line number column

I like tag colors but applying on file names hides color syntaxing. So I use Tags coloring style = Tag column (symbol).
But that option takes place even if the tag column is not wide.
Also I like the line number column.
In order to have more place for file names, would it be possible to apply tag color on line number column when this one is displayed ?
