Add a Comment Tab to Info Panel

Over the weekend was getting used to DP again after having abandoned it in the prior file manager. To see what that feature was capable of (even in Beta) decided to undertake a major reorganization of the hard drive.

Came to the conclusion that having a new tab on the IP that would allow reading of and writing to Comments would be of considerable value.

In the year since registering have become very comfortable with access to folders via Tabs. Still, having DP visible when carrying out file operations provides a certain "comfort factor" unmatched by anything else.

Now that IS a good idea! Because in my smaller screen, I don't have room in details view to even see the Comments data so having an easy to view alternate method would help in that situation...and in DP, this would be even more of a benefit.

I would insert it between the Raw View and File Find tabs most likely.

I was searching such an feature too, not only for comments.
I imaging an tab like 'Preview' but 'Edit' for to quick edit an file.

Sometimes i have to go from file to file and just modify a little bit.
With an 'Edit'-tab this would be nifty.

Or maybe an check box in 'Preview' like "[X] Edit"
which is greyed out for binary files?
