:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Problem with start-up positioning of window

Post by JDługosz »

When I start XYplorer, instead of appearing where I left it (and saved settings), it appears up off the top of the screen and smaller than it was. Since I can't grab the title bar, it's quite annoying.
It probably has to do with confusing desktop vs monitor coordinates — see the screen shot of my entire desktop. The black bands are simply not present on the monitor, as the side monitors are smaller.
Note that the side monitors are scaled 100%, and the center is 125%.
To see the attached files, you need to log into the forum.
:info: Using Windows 11
:info: 3 displays, main is scaled 125% and others are 100%. The XYplorer window typically lives on a monitor with 100% scaling.

Indeed, this looks wrong. There are scaling issues with your statusbar icons and list column headers.
