:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

TreeView Not Sync Correctly, but ListView Correct

Post by Zardoz2293 »

XY (on Windows 11 VM Client) originally had access to folder "v5.2.0 (2026-07-14) LTS" which was deleted on host (Mac). The TreeView still "sees the folder" while the ListView has correctly removed displaying the now, non-existent folder. Only exiting XY and reloading XY correctly updates the TreeView.

If you are deleting through a VM the Windows messages to signal refresh probably aren't auto sent between host & client, View | Refresh Tree (F4) probably would have also worked instead of a restart, or if you do this sort of thing regularly you may want to change this tweak:

RefreshListOnly=0

then a normal manual refresh should also affect the tree.
