Grey Thumbnails for Long Images

Hi,

I use xyplorer to organise webcomics and it seems to have difficulty generating thumbnails for long-strip images like 690x20266, if it cant generate the thumbnail or even a zoomed in part of the whole image can it at least be made to not even try, cause it lags everything trying to generate the thumbnail only to give me a greyed out box. I do want thumbnail loading on though so if your solution is to turn it off completely then no that won't work for me.

I use windows 11, 64-bit XYplorer 28.00.0700, 150% screen scale, i have tried both crisp and smooth thumbnail loading, the thumbnail size is 600x800, i have show raw files ticked and also non-images.

Any support would be appreciated.

And generate them only when needed?

No problems here with that image. Comes nice and fast.
