Vista - Open command prompt "from here" with admin rights

When running under Vista, is there a way to open a command prompt from your current location (like CTRL+ALT+P) but with admin rights? Like when you do

START "cmd" CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER
Used to update to the latest beta every day. Now I have children instead…
Windows 10 Pro x64 (everywhere except phone…)
