x64: Preview encoding

This is what the preview looks like when you hover over a text file in Cirillic (Windows 1251) encoding:

Check your ANSI Code Page shown in
Help | Various Information. It's probably not 1251.
But you can tweak the default code page to be CP_WINDOWS1251:

TextPreviewCodePage=1251
TextPreviewCodePageRemember=1

'TextPreviewCodePage=1251' - It worked for the file mentioned above, but it broke the encoding for most of the others (including some UTF-8).
