1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Problem with XYcopy (x64) 2.20.0026

Post by zzjean »

Hello,
Since version v28.00.0703, update of XYcopy (x64) 2.20.0026, I can no longer copy my files. The copy process remains pending indefinitely. I reverted to version v28.00.0700 where everything works normally.

I am using Windows 11.
Thank you for your help.

Are these jobs involving a name collision?

Yes, the files I copied had name collisions. I don't recall ever copying files without a collision, but it's possible (maybe one or two).

Since I've reverted to the previous version, I can't test it. If it's absolutely necessary, I'll switch back to the new version to run some tests.

Not necessary, I'm sure that the problem is caused by the name collision dialog.

Problem for copy from a network folder to a local (empty) folder - Pending forever
Return to 28.00.0700: OK
(English in not my native language (french), I use an online translator)
