thumbsconfig("transparency") triggers ThumbsRefresh

problem : it changes the setting and triggers the thumbs to be re-created
expected behaviour : same as Settings -> Thumbs -> Transparency ( it wont trigger any recalculations )

it unusable in my case for qucikly changing Transparency behaviour, because i use 2 backgrounds depending on image content .....

Next beta you pass flag 1 as 3rd argument to suppress any refresh: thumbsconf(",,,,1,,,,,", ,1);
