[Tweak] Activate the default tab, but if no default tab activate the:

1 - right tab [Default]
2 - left tab
3 - last used tab

I'm playing with "Activate the default tab" (on closing the current tab), but in my second pane ther is no default tab, so XY is using "Activate the right tab", which is not my choice. I prefer "Activate the last used tab", therefore this wish.

No word against the idea, just a note that in my case XY already does "Activate the last used tab".
