Custom Copy fails dragging from Zzip

Dragging a file/folder from 7zip onto a XY folder causes a custom copy failure.

Consider this situation where I have an archive open in 7zFM:

Dragging the contents of the archive from 7zFM onto a folder in XY brings up a Custom Copy error:

Things work fine however, if the archive is extracted by using the "Extract" button in 7zFM.

Okay, could repro it in Win11.

Is this a new issue? Did it still work in v28.00.0004 and earlier?

Just checked on Win7, confirm a failure on v28.00.0006. No errors on v28.00.0004 and earlier.
