list selection width

In this screenshot, see how the blue selection box is the length of the file name, but not the full length of the column? Where is the setting for that?
I'm trying to get my work installation to match my home installation, but I can't find the setting

Go to the menu Tools > Customize List > Full Row Select. Check it on.

For just the column check this: Configuration | General | Menus, Mouse, Usability | Mouse | Full name column select

Let's say I have xyplorer set up exactly perfectly on one computer, and I want to copy those settings to another computer. Is there a way to do that?
