TB 27.10.0000 Update doesn't work

I get the info about the available update
and say Ok to update, but nothing happens.
The same on every startup.

Not sure what you mean. There is no TB 27.10. Only VB 27.10.

Why not rename both of them:

Here's the new BETA => 32-bit BETA (VB)
Here's the new BETA (64-bit) => 64-bit BETA (TB)

And in the respective first post of each thread:
VB = Compiled with Visual Basic 6
TB = Compiled with TwinBasic (https://twinbasic.com)
