.cbz Preview Errors

This started a while back (used to work fine), but when previewing a .cbzfiles (renamed .zip files used by comic readers) that I've specified as a "Preview as Thumbnail" type, I often get this error window...

It doesn't happen 100% of the time, but most of the time. I can usually get it working by cycling the preview between two different .cbz files, but it's not always fixed...

UPDATE
Just tried switching the .cbz definition to the Document Files" type section, which does seem to work but only in the floating preview window, not the preview tab.

Do you mean that one CBZ file sometimes works and sometimes doesn't?

I mean that it happens most of the time with any cbz. Sometimes there's an error and sometimes there's not.
