:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

'Cycle Tabs' commands do not 'activate' the tab

Post by altoclef »

I have the following settings:
  • Open new tab = At the end
  • On closing the current tab = Activate the last used tab
'Activate the last used tab' does not work if the previous tab was selected using the Cycle Tabs Backward (or Forward) keyboard shortcut.

Scenario 1
  1. select a tab using the mouse or seltab
  2. create a new tab (I use Ctrl-T)
  3. close the new tab (Ctrl-F4)
  4. The tab selected at step a is activated, as expected
Scenario 2
  1. select a tab using the mouse or seltab
  2. select a different tab using Cycle Tabs Backward (or Forward) keyboard shortcut, 1 or more times
  3. create a new tab (Ctrl-T)
  4. close the new tab (Ctrl-F4)
  5. The tab selected at step 1 is activated, not the tab selected at step 2
