FileN Cloud Drive issues

I've recently been trying out FileN (filen.io) and have found that their mapped network drive doesn't play well with XYPlorer. It works fine with Windows Explorer and Directory Opus, but in XYPlorer there are a number of issues.
1. The drive shows up without a name: () X: - in Windows it shows as Filen (\\Filen) (X:)
2. When navigating the cloud drive the mouse cursor is always showing the blue spinning ring wit the pointer, and that is causing stutters, hangs and delays when using XYPlorer - or dragging the window about.
3. While navigating the files the icon in the tree will occasionally show the drive being disconnected - even though it isn't.
4. XYPlorer counts file sizes in the drive regardless of me deselecting 'Always show file sizes > In network locations as well' - I think this is causing most of the issues.
I've set a few settings in XYPlorer to try and fix it, such as assume network drives are always available.
