allow to drag and drop tabs to a new separate window

Allow tabs to be managed like Chrome tabs (dragging a tab allow to create a sepatare window and task bar icon).
this is very useful (I would say mandatory) for my daily routine, to have different folders open on different monitors ( I use 3 monitors and I want to be able to move any folder wherever I like)
