Hi, this should be easy, but I can't seem to figure it out.
How do I set a parent folder "C:\Photos" to details view, but all of its (and future) subfolders ("C:\Photos\2025") to thumbnails view #3, etc.?

You create two folder view settings
01.
The first while being in
You'll leave all settings of the folder view as default
02.
The second while being in a subfolder of
And in the manage dialog for that one you'll change the path to:
and tick
01.
The first while being in
C:\Photos with details viewYou'll leave all settings of the folder view as default
02.
The second while being in a subfolder of
C:\Photos\... with thumbnail viewAnd in the manage dialog for that one you'll change the path to:
C:\Photos\*and tick
