[solved] issue on copy in special folder (win11 24H2)

i've update my win11 to latest 24H2. now copy files (all extension) does not work to special folders like Music, Video, Pictures from D: partition
click on copy, then paste (but also drag&drop not work) and i get error: Target file. Item not find.

i need first copy (or drag&drop) file into C: and then move into special folder. instead copy&paste work like usual with win explorer
also audio conversion from audio file on D: to Music folder does not work with ffmpeg. seem all special folders are locked. only win explorer do it. and this only after update win to 24H2. suggestion?

solved. issue due to win defender

Press Win key + I > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Under the "Ransomware protection" click on "Manage ransomware protection" then toggle off "Controlled folder access".
