Deleting file tree folders from the Rapid Acess list do not work as expected

Post by solawind »

Trying to delete sub folder from the Rapid Access tree just asks about Removing from Rapid Acess and does nothing
Same delete command works correctly for the same folder in tree if i choose "open in new tab" for this folder

Reading the docs would help...
The Rapid Access Folders can be removed directly from Tree or List by pressing DEL. You can also remove them via their context menu or via Tools | List Management | Rapid Access Folders...

yes, i understand that. But i am not trying to remove TOP folder from the rapid access list itself, i am just trying to delete some folder down to the tree. "delete" context menu command do not work as it works for This PC tree sub folders for example. Instead it always acts like "remove from rapid access list" even for sub folders. So you basically cant delete folders from the tree at all if you are using rapid access list

i expect delete should act as "remove from rapid access list" command only for folders that are actually pinned to the rapid access list (top folders) and not for every sub folder in the tree , it is confusing . It does not allows to delete subfolders just asks for confirmation and does nothing.

By coincidence another user reported the same issue and I just fixed it: viewtopic.php?p=226135#p226135
