Content Based Icons false-mark folders with "tagged"(while they are not).

Post by eil »

Just as topic name states, for some reason i keep finding folders that are marked with "tagged" folder icon, but no items with tags/labels/comments inside. Checked it on new portable instance with my tags file copied in = same results.
I swapped pink and blue icons for myself(blue = tagged), so don't mind and here are few examples out of many cases.

Resources is marked properly indeed having tagged items inside, while debug folder is marked as "tagged" but no any such item inside:

Same for Music folder having no tagged and even search for any tags/labels/comments shows none found:

This better be checked by other users who have "old" tag databases - mine starts from 2015. If new CFI feature checked to work properly for sure, than i have a guess it can be some conflict with old tags databases.

Check your database, it might be orphans: Configuration | Information | Tags | Options... | Database Check...

Indeed, found some super-unexpected orphans.
BTW why "Edit Orphans (All drives)" window doesn't allow to delete items? Description above states one can manually edit database, and there is a Delete button and a text-edit mode, but one can't simply select several orphans and delete them from database.(i'm kinda scared to simply auto-delete all orphans that Check finds)

Disabling deletions is needed in this context for internal reasons. You can delete individual orphans under Edit Tagged Items...
